Brahim is a ISA certified surf instructor with more than 10 years experience. He was born and raised in Sidi Kaouki and grew up his feet in the water. He started surfing with pieces of broken boards he could find before getting his first surfboard from a spanish tourist, almost 20 years ago.
He built Kaouki Surf School step by step and has now an important and regular clientele. Many of them became good friends over the years ! Brahim is a very good teacher with a lot of experience with both adults and children, no matter their levels. The ocean and the spots around have no secrets for him.
He spent 5 years living in France and has come back to Sidi Kaouki to run the Surf School once again.

Nicola is Brahim's Australian wife, and adopted Sidi Kaouki local. She runs our Social Media, Website and everything online. If you've enquired online, you've probably spoken with her! She's a novice surfer, and though she can surf well, she prefers to join you in your lesson and be the biggest cheerleader on the beach when you stand up! She's been known to give you a tip or two, and maybe a push onto a wave! Her specialty is joining you for a tea or a meal afterwards and a good chat in English or broken French!

Brahim is a local surf instructor with 10+ years experience. He grew up in Sidi Kaouki, then moved to Australia for 6 years with his wife Nicola. They recently moved back to Sidi Kaouki to run the surf shop. Brahim prides himself on being approachable, fun and authentic. He wants everyone to have a good experience and goes above and beyond for his clients. Many of them become like family and return many times!
He loves teaching children and adults. The water is natural for him, and he wants to share that love with everyone who comes to the shop. He is also an advocate for other local businesses, and is great at organizing other local experiences for your visit.

Lahsen is Brahim's youngest brother. He's the shop's mutlipass! He helps with everything around the shop when he's not at Hotel School in Essaouira. He loves surfing and being in the water, and though he doesn't say much, he's always there to help you with whatever you need!
You'll find him preparing you a tea, getting you a wetsuit and board and making sure you had the best time in the water.
